President of PurCann Pharma, cofounder of Groupe SiliCycle
Graduated from Quebec’s Laval University in Chemical Engineering, and Certified Company Administrator. Hugo cofounded Groupe SiliCycle in 1995. He has nearly 30 years of experience in R&D, technology manufacturing, global marketing, finance, HR and growth management.
Cynthia Godue, M.Sc., CPA
Finance Director
Graduated from University of Sherbrooke. Cynthia has 18 years of experience in finance and accounting in several companies from the industrial sector.
Hugo Tremblay PhD, MBA
Production Manager
Graduated from the University of Sherbrooke in biochemistry (BSc), chemical engineering (MScA), biology (PhD) and administration (MBA). Before joining PurCann Pharma, Hugo worked for 9 years for Neptune technologies.
François Daigle, M.Sc., PhD
Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs
Graduated from the University of Sherbrooke in Microbiology. François has a 20 years experience in research & development as well as regulatory affairs in microbiology and in the food industry.
José Dominguez
Cannabis Sommelier and Product Manage
Active in the cannabis industry for over 20 years, Jose has become a reference in Canada and internationally in terms of cultivation, processing, phenotyping and quality.
Luc Bordeleau
IT Manager
A graduate in network management and organizational management, Luc has 23 years of experience in IT, including 15 in the food sector. An investor at PurCann Pharma, he also co-founded a company offering operational excellence technological services and participated in several
technological innovation projects.
Rosalie Couturier
Business Operations Manager
A graduate of Laval University in psychology and entrepreneurship, Rosalie honed her experience in the education, technology and tourism markets before joining PurCann in 2023
